We do not sell End Customer personal information.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

If we use advertising or analytics technologies that may be considered "sharing" under California law, we will provide any legally required opt-out mechanism.

California Rights

California residents may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

Requests may be submitted to info@marketdataboost.com.

13. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws. These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of personal information, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of sale, opt out of certain profiling, and appeal a denied request.

Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send transactional, security, billing, legal, or account-related messages.

Customers are solely responsible for complying with laws that apply to their own communications with End Customers, including email, phone, and text message laws.

15. Children's Privacy

Fielmo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Customers may not use Fielmo to knowingly collect or store personal information from children under 13 unless they have all required legal authority and consent and Market Data Boost Corp. has expressly agreed in writing to support that use case.

If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

16. AI Assistant Integrations

Fielmo offers an optional integration that allows you to connect your Fielmo account to third-party AI assistants, such as Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI), through a standard authorization protocol (OAuth 2.1).

How it works

When you choose to connect Fielmo to an AI assistant, you will be redirected to a Fielmo authorization screen where you must explicitly approve the connection. No data is shared without your active consent.

What data is shared

When an AI assistant integration is active, the AI assistant may read the following data from your Fielmo account on your behalf:

  • Customer names, city, state, and notes (no phone numbers, emails, or full addresses);
  • Job and appointment details, including dates, time windows, status, and estimated revenue;
  • Weekly schedule summaries;
  • Visit notes recorded for past appointments;
  • Route information for a specific day.

AI assistant integrations are read-only. The AI assistant cannot create, modify, or delete any data in your Fielmo account.

Access tokens

When you authorize an AI assistant, Fielmo issues a secure access token to that assistant. Tokens expire automatically after 90 days. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration from within the AI assistant's settings or by contacting us at info@marketdataboost.com.

AI assistant data practices

Data shared with an AI assistant is subject to that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy. Fielmo does not control how third-party AI providers store, use, or process data once it is transmitted to them. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of the AI assistant you connect before authorizing access.

No AI training

As stated in Section 4, we do not use your Customer Data to train artificial intelligence models. Connecting to an AI assistant does not grant that provider permission to use your Fielmo data for model training.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

Fielmo may contain links to third-party websites, tools, integrations, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Controls

Some browsers or devices may transmit "Do Not Track" or similar signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for such signals, we may not respond to all such signals.

Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, in the manner required by law.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-product notice, website notice, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Fielmo after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
